Andrew Zapfel: Advancing Sickle Cell Disease Care and Research
Andrew Zapfel, Deputy Director, Global SCD Initiatives and Alliances at American Society of Hematology, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Together, we can transform the future of sickle cell disease!
I’m proud to be part of the work for the American Society of Hematology, celebrating over 10 years of impact.
Right now, donations to the ASH SCD Initiative Fund are being matched dollar for dollar up to $10,000!
Every dollar goes to support programs like training healthcare professionals in low resource settings, raising awareness of SCD among the general population, and improving patient facing tools.
Let’s meet, and exceed, our goal for ASH Foundation donations.”
