Cosima C. Hoch: Developing a 3D Organotypic Co-Culture Model for Pleomorphic Adenoma

Cosima C. Hoch, Research Associate, Head and Neck Oncology, Clinical Rotation of Internal Medicine at University Hospital Zurich, shared a post on Linkedin about a recent article she and her colleagues co-authored, published in Scientific Reports, adding:

“Happy to share that our paper has now been published in Scientific Reports.

In this study, we developed a patient-derived 3D organotypic co-culture model for pleomorphic adenoma of the parotid gland to enable longitudinal assessment of histomorphology and selected biomarker expression.

This work forms part of my medical doctoral thesis. Many thanks to everyone involved!”

Title: Patient-derived 3D organotypic co-cultures as a long-term ex vivo model for pleomorphic adenoma of the parotid gland
