Our case report, ‘Warfarin-Associated Recurrent Epistaxis in a Patient with Supratherapeutic Anticoagulation: A Case Report,’ has been published in the International Journal of Medical Case Reports.
This publication provided valuable insight into the importance of anticoagulant safety, INR monitoring, medication review, and clinical pharmacist intervention in preventing and managing adverse drug-related outcomes.
