Aastha Gupta: Navigating the Diagnostic Challenge of Restricted NK-Cell Repertoires in Flow Cytometry
Aastha Gupta, Additional Director and Head of Hematopathology and Molecular Oncology at Fortis Memorial Research Institute, shared a post on LinkedIn about a recent article by Aaron J. Wilk, published in Clinical Cytometry, adding:
“A restricted NK-cell receptor repertoire is a clue, not a diagnosis.
The goal is to recognise the abnormal population without mistaking a reactive immune response for malignancy.
Extensive panel requirement can no longer be undermined!! However cost remains an issue.”
