ATTR hides in plain sight:
- Unexplained LVH
- Atrial fibrillation
- Conduction disease
- Carpal tunnel – years before cardiac symptoms
But wtATTR and hATTR follow distinct clinical paths.
Recognizing the difference leads to earlier diagnosis and better patient outcomes.
The pattern is there.
We just have to look.՛՛
