“It was a pleasure to participate in the Grifols Innovation Forum 2026 in Frankfurt, Germany, held under the theme ‘Driving Innovation, Security and Sustainability in the Modern Laboratory.’
I was delighted to contribute to the discussions with my presentation, ‘Transforming Transfusion Medicine Through Artificial Intelligence: Opportunities and Future Directions.’
Artificial intelligence holds tremendous potential to transform transfusion medicine, from optimizing blood inventory management and enhancing transfusion safety to advancing research and education.
It was a valuable opportunity to exchange perspectives on how innovation and emerging technologies can shape the future of laboratory medicine.
