2. Training and Competency – Reaching into all areas of the workforce.
3. Digital Systems – Implement end-to-end electronic transfusion systems with AI support.
4. Service Coordination – Regional collaboration to support smaller hospitals.
5. Governance and Oversight – Stronger national oversight and accountability.
A Transfusion Transformation strategic plan is already in development.
