Fernanda Orsi: A Memorable Week of Science and Collaboration at ISTH 2026
Fernanda Orsi, Associate Professor at Faculty of Medical Sciences, Unicamp, shared on LinkedIn:
”As the 2026 ISTH meeting comes to a close, I am happy to have participated in so many activities at this important scientific conference.
I attended the ISTH Council meeting and took part in the Society’s strategic decisions.
I presented a talk on autoimmunity and thromboinflammation at a joint session of the DIC and Vascular Biology/Thromboinflammation SSCs.
This session was highly appreciated by the audience. I also had the opportunity to moderate an important SoA session about VTE management disparities.
Finally, it was fantastic to see my students presenting their work and contribute to the CLAHT and Brazilian Thrombosis and Hemostasis societies during the conference.
Thank you, Paris, for such a wonderful week.
See you in Vancouver!”
