Konstantin Stark: Announcing the Launch of Collaborative Research Center 1784 to Advance Thromboinflammation Research
Konstantin Stark, Cardiologist at Ludwig Maximilian University, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Very happy to share that our Collaborative Research Center 1784 ‘The Interplay of Thrombosis and Inflammation Translating molecular mechanisms into Clinical applications (InTraC)’ was approved for funding by the DFG.
It was great to see the enthusiasm of our excellent interdisciplinary group covering all relevant topics from molecular mechanisms of thromboinflammation to clinical medicine and imaging, as well as bioinformatics.
We are very grateful for the support of the participating researchers at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, Helmholtz Munich, MPI for Biochemistry (Max Planck Society), The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg, Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, and Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin.
This consortium will advance thromboinflammation research to a new level and will provide an outstanding training platform through our integrated research training group.
This would not have been possible without the continuous support and hard work of the involved researchers.”
