Matías J Alet: On the Implementation of Tenecteplase for Acute Ischemic Stroke at ESOC 2026
Matías J Alet, Member of Education Committee of World Stroke Organization, shared on LinkedIn:
”I was honored to participate in ESOC 2026 in Maastricht as part of the industry-sponsored satellite symposium ‘Opportunities for improving AIS patient outcomes’.
My talk, ‘Switching to TNK: the real-world experience’, focused on the implementation of tenecteplase for acute ischemic stroke, including international real-world evidence and early lessons from Argentina.
This transition is an opportunity to revisit hyperacute stroke workflows: simplifying administration, reducing treatment delays, improving transfer logistics, and strengthening local quality monitoring.
I am grateful to Boehringer Ingelheim for the invitation.
It was a privilege to share the Argentine perspective in such an important international forum.”
