Ming Y Lim On The Value of National Mentorship

Ming Y Lim, Clinical Associate Professor at University of Utah, shared on LinkedIn:

”It has been my pleasure hosting Dr. Ann Kim, a 3rd year American Society of Hematology Hematology-Focused Fellowship Training Program fellow from Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, for a week, as she learned how we operationalized an adult comprehensive bleeding disorder clinic.

This experience reinforced the value of national mentorship and cross‑institutional collaboration in strengthening our hematology community.

I am excited to follow Dr. Kim’s career and am confident she will continue to elevate care for individuals with bleeding disorders.

Huge thank you to American Society of Hematology Careers in Hematology Advancement Mentorship Program (CHAMP) for connecting us as her special interest mentor and to Thrombosis and Hemostasis Societies of North America (THSNA) for their Mentoring Award program which made this possible for Dr. Ann Kim.”
