Natasha Jolakoski: Completing Advanced Training in Thrombosis and Hemostasis
Natasha Jolakoski, Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Thrombosis and Hemostasis Management, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“I am excited to announce the completion of my PGY2 Residency in Thrombosis and Hemostasis Management at the University of New Mexico Hospital!
I am incredibly grateful to my preceptors, co-residents, colleagues, friends, and family for their guidance, encouragement, and unwavering support throughout this journey.
I truly would not be where I am today without each of you.
I am also excited to share that I will be joining UT Southwestern Medical Center as a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Thrombosis and Hemostasis Management. I look forward to this next chapter, continuing to grow as a clinician and embracing my role as a Thrombassador.”
