“It’s Rare Disease Day, and tomorrow is the official Glanzmann Thrombasthenia Awareness Day.
I was born with GT, and knowing that I may see gene therapy in my lifetime is incredible.
Through every challenge and every win, I wouldn’t change my journey.
The people I’ve met, the knowledge I’ve gained, and the places this path has taken me have shaped who I am, and I’m truly grateful.
