Rita Li: ASH 2026 Abstract Achievement Award for Gut Microbiome Research
Rita Li, Postdoc Fellow at Beckman Research Institute City of Hope, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“I’m thrilled to share that I’ve been selected as a recipient of the 2026 ASH Abstract Achievement Award by the American Society of Hematology!
I’m also honored to have the opportunity to present this award-winning abstract in an oral session at the 68th ASH Annual Meeting this December in New Orleans!
It’s an incredible honor to receive this recognition for my research on the gut microbiome and outcomes following hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
I’m especially grateful to my mentors, Marcel van den Brink, Jenny Paredes, as well as my colleagues and collaborators at City of Hope, for their guidance, support, and contributions to this work.
I’m looking forward to presenting our research at the 68th ASH Annual Meeting this December in New Orleans and connecting with fellow researchers in hematology and transplantation!
See you at ASH26!”
