How WFH Impacted the Bleeding Disorders Community in 2025
World Federation of Hemophilia – WFH shared a post on LinkedIn:
“The WFH marked 2025 with important achievements for the global inherited Bleeding Disorders community.
Major milestones included successful advocacy efforts leading to improvements to the World Health Organization Essential Medicines List, expanded access to treatment through the WFH Humanitarian Aid Program, and continued growth of the World Bleeding Disorders Registry (WBDR).
Additional highlights included the publication of new educational and clinical resources, expanded training and advocacy initiatives, and global events that brought together healthcare professionals, patient advocates, and community leaders from around the world.
These accomplishments reflect the collective efforts of WFH national member organizations, healthcare providers, volunteers, governments, partners, and people living with bleeding disorders as we continue working toward our shared vision of Treatment for All.
