William Wallace: The Truth About Magnesium Forms and How They Are Absorbed
William Wallace, Co-Founder and CSO at Supplement Success Solutions, shared a post on X:
”Every magnesium form you take gets absorbed through the same two pathways.
The channels don’t know what brand you bought.
The form affects how much magnesium dissolves and dissociates in your gut.
There is little evidence (in humans) it affects where that magnesium goes once it’s in the blood.
If chelates were truly chaperoning magnesium through peptide transporters, that would be a novel finding.”
