New Real-World Data on Efanesoctocog Alfa From France – French Reference Center for Hemophilia

French Reference Center for Hemophilia (CRH) shared a post on LinkedIn about a recent article by Antoine Rauch et al, published in Blood Advances, adding:

“New real-world data on efanesoctocog alfa from France.

In 50 patients with hemophilia A and a severe bleeding phenotype despite EHLFVIII or emicizumab prophylaxis, weekly efanesoctocog alfa reduced treated bleeds by 89% and joint bleeds by 85%.

Results also showed lower FVIII levels with drug-specific calibrated assays than with local one-stage assays (OSA).”
