Gijs Aertssen: New Evidence on Joint Prosthesis Survival in Inherited Bleeding Disorders
Gijs Aertssen, PHD Candidate at UMC Utrecht, shared on LinkedIn about a recent article he and his colleagues co-authored published in RPTH, adding:
“We present exciting findings on prosthesis survival in people with bleeding disorders: long-term prosthesis survival (up to 25 years) is comparable to that of the general population.
After presenting these results at the EAHAD Congress in Dublin last February, we are pleased to publish the full manuscript in Research and Practice in Thrombosis and Haemostasis (RPTH).”
