This ISTH SSC guidance sets out a uniform approach to identifying women and girls with hemophilia and hemophilia carriers. It covers when to suspect a discrepancy, how to use genetic testing, and how to test during pregnancy and postpartum. The aim is consistent global diagnosis, better management, and greater gender equity in hemophilia care.”
