“This study provides valuable insight into the pathogenesis of pediatric chronic neutropenia by demonstrating reduced circulating Tregs in both Autoimmune and Chronic Idiopathic Neutropenia.
Its assessment of the relationship between Treg levels and clinical features, particularly infection severity, adds important clinical relevance to the findings.
