“Another paper, this time a review article by Peter Feldman, has been published by the Haemophilia journal, challenging some of the conclusions of the UK Infected Blood Inquiry regarding the introduction of viral inactivation and the possible earlier change to cryoprecipitate use. The PDF of the paper is freely available. ”
