                                Rishabh Singh on NEJM Letter: FVIII Aurora Mutation Shows Increased Activity and Reduced APC Response
Rishabh Singh, an Heme/Onc fellow at Indiana University, posted on X:
“In a letter to the editor of NEJM, authors describe a naturally occurring FVIII variant, Arg590Ser (designated FVIII Aurora), with substantially increased activity and reduced responsiveness to activated protein C as compared with wild-type FVIII.”
