Christian Schulze: Insights from DANGERSHOCK on Bleeding in IMPELLA Patients
Christian Schulze, Professor of Medicine at Friedrich-Schiller-University Jena, shared on LinkedIn about a recent article he and his colleagues co-authored, adding:
”Bleeding events in IMPELLA patients are common and prognostically relevant.
In DANGERSHOCK, bleeding was associated with the complexity of MCS, with one-half of the bleeding events occurring after device removal.”
