Pete Stibbs: Insights from the 32nd World Congress of the International Union of Angiology
Pete Stibbs, Senior Vice President, Global Medical Affairs and Medical Director at Argon Medical Devices, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“It was a privilege to be invited to speak at the 32nd World Congress of the International Union of Angiology this week in Cartagena.
This year’s congress, held in conjunction with the Colombian Congress of Vascular Surgery and Angiology, brought together a global community focused on advancing vascular care.
The different perspectives and clinical experience in the room made for a engaging and intellectually honest exchange.
I had the opportunity to present on clinical outcomes across anticoagulation, catheter-directed thrombolysis, and mechanical thrombectomy in the management of VTE.
The discussions were robust and reflective of a field that continues to evolve, particularly as we refine how and when to intervene beyond anticoagulation alone.
Grateful for the invitation and the opportunity to contribute.
I look forward to continuing these conversations as we collectively push the field forward.”
