“Neutrophils behave differently in all 3 trimester of pregnancy, in this situation clinical signs of infection ( fever, dysuria, body ache, cough, myalgia lethargy, diarrhea, vomiting, etc), ESR, CRP, ferritin level, PCT, reactive thrombocytosis and toxic granulation in neutrophils, flag for immature granulocytes (IG) on scattergram of 5 part differential will be helpful.”
