“Proud to share that two members of our Transfusion Medicine team at Unity Health Toronto will be presenting at the first-ever CSMLS / SCSLM National Core Lab Virtual Symposium!
Rebecca and Heidi will be highlighting the development of OneCheck, our own specimen assessment and intake support tool, as well as our work to better integrate blood group verification into the patient journey.
OneCheck brings together information from our electronic health record and laboratory systems to standardize specimen intake, strengthen safety checks, support decision-making, and focus staff attention on specimens requiring further review.
