RPTH Journal – LDH as a Key Predictor of Mortality in Immune-Mediated TTP

“In immune-mediated thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (iTTP), clinical findings related to heart function at onset may be related to disease mortality.
This study finds that LDH, but not markers of heart and brain injury, is the biggest predictor of mortality risk.”
