“Agios News: Today, during the Plenary Abstracts Session at EHA 2026, we presented detailed results from the Rise up Phase 3 trial – the first pivotal trial to validate pyruvate kinase (PK) activation as a new treatment approach in Sickle Cell Disease.
This oral presentation included new transfusion burden and hemoglobin responder analyses that reinforce the strong anti-hemolytic profile of our first-in-class PK activator.
