“I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to attend the ISTH 2026 Congress in Paris and present our poster, ‘A Systematic Review of Omics-based Technologies in Venous Thromboembolism.’
This project examined how omics technologies have been applied to venous thromboembolism research and highlighted opportunities for future multi-omics approaches.
Beyond presenting our work, it was exciting to meet researchers and clinicians from around the world, learn about the latest advances in thrombosis and hemostasis, and bring home new ideas for future research.
A sincere thank you to Dr. Christopher Kabrhel , Dr. Drew Birrenkott, MD, DPhil, and Matthew Freitas for their mentorship throughout this project, and to everyone at the Center For Vascular Emergencies for making this opportunity possible.”
