Lucky Oseghale Oloboh: Health Is Power, Health Is Personal, and Health Is Our First Responsibility in Life’s Journey on Mother Earth
Lucky Oseghale Oloboh, Master of Public Health (MPH) at Amref International University (AMIU), shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Health is power, health is personal, and health is our first responsibility in life’s journey on Mother Earth, fellow Co-creators:
Hence, let’s stop outsourcing our health. Our body is not a machine for emergency repairs. It is a living ecosystem demanding intentional care, daily discipline, and conscious preparation in life’s journey;
Therefore, Preconception Care (PCC) is not only for pregnancy, it is a blueprint for generational wellness. Healthy nutrition. Mental resilience. Hormonal balance. Physical fitness. Preventive screening. Lifestyle mastery. Environmental awareness.
Oh yes! This is how communities rise, this is how diseases decline, and this is how future generations win before birth on Mother Earth;
We must shift from ‘waiting to be treated’ to ‘living to prevent.’ From passive patients to empowered Health Creators. And from survival mode to holistic wellness rooted in science and practical living;
When we, as humans, become our own first point of care, we reclaim power over our minds, bodies, families, and futures in life’s journey;
So, health is not luck, it is knowledge practiced consistently. It is discipline lived daily, and it is self-leadership in action on Mother Earth;
Thus, the future belongs to communities that understand the truth that prevention is wealth, wellness is wisdom, and holistic health is freedom in life’s journey on Mother Earth!”
