Shinta C: Takeda Marks a Milestone in Hemophilia Care
Shinta C, Oncology and Rare Disease Business Unit Head at Takeda, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Reflecting on the first half of 2026, I’m grateful for the opportunity to work alongside incredible colleagues to create meaningful impact for patients.
A key milestone was bringing a new hope to people living with hemophilia in Indonesia through the successful launch of two innovative therapies early this year.
My sincere thanks to everyone across functions who contributed to make this possible, especially Asri Shadeeq and Rini Herlina who led this with tremendous support from medical team Aurelia Lelli, Arif Abdillah, Intan Vindalia Dian Sari H, Nadia Octaviany, Athaya Salsabila.
Special thanks to Peter Turecek for sharing this memorable milestone with us.
Beyond launching new therapies, we focused on what truly matters, which is creating patient access by understanding patients’ needs and working together to remove barriers to treatment.
I’m equally proud to lead such a remarkable Oncology and Rare Disease team that consistently delivered high performance through discipline, quality execution, and resilience.
Even through uncertainty, we stayed focused on our purpose and continued moving forward together.
Thanks to Hizral Nasution for continuously driving the Onco team and Caroline Anggasta for continuous support especially during the last couple of months.
As I reflect on this journey, I’m reminded that the most meaningful achievements are not only the results we deliver today but also the strong foundations we build for others to continue tomorrow.
Here’s to continuing to create impact, lifting others along the way, and recognizing the contributions of others.
‘Leadership is not about being in charge. It is about taking care of those in your charge.’ — Simon Sinek.”
