”Antithrombotic Therapy in Patients with Atrial Fibrillation: Unresolved Issues and Future Directions
This review examines critical gaps in AF stroke prevention, including limitations of current risk scores, populations where vitamin K antagonists remain preferred, uncertain net benefit in special groups, and the emerging promise of factor XI inhibitors for safer anticoagulation.”
