“Bleeding is the most common complication of anticoagulant therapy-but its consequences extend far beyond the acute event.
Managing bleeding today means:
- Preventing hemorrhage
- Recognizing severity early
- Using targeted reversal strategies
- Restarting anticoagulation safely
The real challenge is not choosing between bleeding and thrombosis.
It’s learning how to balance both.”
