Danique Steeghs: Developing a Chip-Sized ADAMTS13 Activity Assay for TTP Point-of-Care Testing
Danique Steeghs, Scientist at Enzyre B.V., shared a post on LinkedIn about a recent article she and her colleagues co-authored, published in Blood Vessels, adding:
“Publication news
One of my favourite projects has been published in Blood Vessels, Thrombosis and Hemostasis.
This article describes how we developed a chip-sized ADAMTS13 activity assay using microfluidics and photonic sensors.
We demonstrated proof of principle by comparing our technique with standard laboratory tests using samples from patients with thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP).
If you share our interest in point-of-care testing for patients with TTP, feel free to reach out!”
Title: A rapid ADAMTS13 activity assay using a portable readout device
