“New publication in Cardiovascular Diabetology!
P2Y12 inhibition in diabetes across the acute-to-chronic coronary syndrome continuum: toward a personalized antiplatelet strategy.
Diabetes increases thrombotic risk, but antiplatelet intensity should not be one-size-fits-all.
We review the evidence across ACS to CCS and discuss how ischemic/bleeding risk, PCI complexity, comorbidities and other patient characteristics should guide P2Y12-based therapy.”
