Isabelle Mahé on Delphi Consensus on Aspects Relating to the Antithrombotic Therapy for Cancer Patients

Isabelle Mahé, Head of Internal Medicine, Louis Mourier Hospital, APHP, Paris Cité University, reposted from SERENITY on LinkedIn:

”A two-round Delphi process was used to achieve consensus on aspects relating to the antithrombotic therapy deprescribing discussions and process in end-of-life cancer patients across Europe and different specialities.

The perspective is to support informed decision-making, reduce complications, and improve quality of life in palliative care patients.”
