Professor Erwin Loh: Amino Acid Reduces Alzheimer’s Plaques

Professor Erwin Loh, President of Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators, posted on LinkedIn:

”A common amino acid reduces brain plaques in animal models of Alzheimer’s disease

The researchers found that consuming this compound reduced the accumulation of toxic proteins and improved symptoms in both fruit flies and mice.

These findings were published in Neurochemistry International.”
