Deise Catamo Vaz: Two Years of Growth and a New Way of Seeing the World of Stroke
Deise Catamo Vaz, Neurologist at UEM Cardiology Research Center, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“The World Stroke Organization ‘Future Leaders’ program helped me to grow and transformed my critical thinking, both professionally and personally.
Gave me the chance to build a family across the globe, expanded my network, and helped me to understand stroke from diverse perspectives.
After two years of training, this spectacular journey comes to an end; yet, it marks the beginning of much hard work and a new way of seeing and being within the world of stroke!
My deepest gratitude goes to the World Stroke Organization for this opportunity, to all my professors and colleagues.”
