“Did you know?

Some women are at higher risk, but preeclampsia can occur in any pregnancy.

If you’re pregnant or planning to be, talk with your doctor about your risk factors and how to recognize preeclampsia.

Preeclampsia is new-onset high blood pressure that happens during pregnancy, usually starting after the 20th week, or newly postpartum.

It can be fatal for both mom and baby.”
