Shahzaib Maqbool: Honored to Receive the ASH 2026 Abstract Achievement Award and Present 2 Abstracts
Shahzaib Maqbool, PGY-1 Internal Medicine at Centerpoint Medical Center, shared on LinkedIn:
“Grateful and honored to share that two of my abstracts have been accepted for presentation at the ASH 2026 Annual Meeting, and I have also been selected to receive the Abstract Achievement Award.
This recognition means a great deal to me and would not have been possible without the continuous guidance, mentorship, and support of my mentors, collaborators, and the entire research team.
A heartfelt thank you to all my mentors Muhammad Salman Faisal, Farrukh Awan, Faiz Anwer, Navneet Majhail and co-authors Mohammad Ebad Ur Rehman and Imran Khan for believing in me, sharing their knowledge, and being part of this journey.
Looking forward to presenting our work and learning from the global hematology community at ASH 2026.
Alhamdulillah, always grateful for the journey and the people who make it possible.”
