Riana Gjeta: Sharing Research on Blood Donor Safety in the Balkans
Riana Gjeta, Member of Hemovigilance Working Party at International Society of Blood Transfusion (ISBT), shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Last week, at the 3rd International Congress of the Transfusion Medicine Association of Serbia, where I presented the recent study from the Albanian National Blood Transfusion Center on conventional infectious markers and emerging pathogens among blood donors in Albania.
It was a great opportunity to share our work, learn from colleagues and strengthen collaboration in transfusion medicine across the Balkans.
Thank you to the organisers for the warm welcome!”
