Augustina Isioma Ikusemoro: The Role of Humanitarian Foundations in Strengthening Blood Supply
Augustina Isioma Ikusemoro, Hematology and Transfusion Medicine Specialist at Sharjah Blood Transfusion and Research Center, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Introducing Medcare Humanitarian Blood Foundation.
A community based organization.
Together, we give life — the life in blood.
Today marks the beginning of something truly meaningful and impactful.
With deep gratitude in my hearts, I acknowledge the faithfulness of God in bringing this vision to life — the birth of the Medcare Humanitarian Blood Foundation.
What started as a burden to serve humanity has now become a mission to promote voluntary blood donation, strengthen blood safety, support hospitals during shortages, and raise community awareness that saves lives.
This foundation represents hope.
It represents service.
It represents compassion in action.
As we step into this new chapter, we humbly pray for God’s grace, wisdom, strength, and guidance to lead us in touching lives, supporting patients in need, and building partnerships that will transform communities through safe and accessible blood donation.
We invite you to join us on this journey — as partners, supporters, advocates, and lifesavers.
Together, we can make a difference.
Together, we give life.
Please keep us in your prayers as we grow and serve humanity.
Powered by Blood Doki.”
