“Novo Nordisk to Present New Haemophilia Data at ISTH 2026 Highlighting Investigational Denecimig (Mim8)
Novo Nordisk will present new clinical and real-world data across its haemophilia portfolio at the ISTH 2026 Congress, featuring multiple analyses of investigational denecimig (Mim8) and new pediatric data for Alhemo (concizumab).
The presentations reinforce Novo Nordisk’s long-standing commitment to advancing innovation in rare bleeding disorders.
1.Denecimig (Mim8) Highlights
Phase 3 FRONTIER4 long-term data
- Adults, adolescents and children
- Patients with or without FVIII inhibitors
- Once-monthly, every-2-week and weekly prophylaxis evaluated
- Long-term efficacy, safety and patient-reported outcomes
2.Alhemo (Concizumab)
First Phase 3 explorer10 pediatric data
- Children younger than 11 years with haemophilia A or B and inhibitors
- Efficacy, safety and PK and PD results
- Pediatric indication remains investigational
3.Looking Ahead
Novo Nordisk will also present real-world evidence, physician preference studies and mechanistic research while continuing regulatory review of denecimig, following its U.S. BLA submission in 2025.
Leadership Perspective
Martin Holst Lange, Chief Scientific Officer at Novo Nordisk, said the company’s research reflects decades of listening to the haemophilia community while advancing person-centered innovation to improve care.
My takeaway
Novo Nordisk continues to build one of the industry’s most comprehensive haemophilia portfolios. With flexible prophylactic dosing, expanding pediatric evidence, and next-generation bispecific antibodies like denecimig, the company is positioning itself to further reshape long-term management across the full spectrum of haemophilia A.”
