Journal of Thrombosis and Haemostasis (JTH) shared a post on LinkedIn about the recent article by Mansour Gergi et al, adding:
“Impact of Thrombosis and Bleeding on Survival of older People with Myelodysplastic Syndromes (MDS): A Population Analysis
A large population study of nearly 14,000 older MDS patients revealed that bleeding complications significantly increase mortality risk, while VTE’s impact may involve unmeasured confounding factors.”
