”This past Friday, we welcomed pharmacists, nurses, and physicians to the Vasculearn Network 2025 Northeast Anticoagulation Stewardship Council Meeting at the Massachusetts Medical Society.
From practice-changing trial updates to AI-driven stewardship tools, case-based learning, and a forward-looking discussion on gene therapy, our expert faculty delivered key education and insights that will help improve patient safety and outcomes in antithrombotic management.
A huge thank you to:
- Our speakers, Gregory Piazza, John Fanikos, Ryan Mize, Rajesh Patel, Andrea Van Beek, Daniel Guerra Jr., and Nathan Connell
 - Our Planning Committee and case presenters, John Fanikos, Marilyn Hill, Kathleen Sargent, Katelyn Sylvester, and Tara Lech
 - The VLN staff, especially Kathryn Mikkelsen, John Fanikos, and Courtney Anderson for making this event possible for another year
 - Our attendees for contributing your experience to this growing community of stewardship leaders…all day on a Friday no less!”
