“We need (more) antithrombotic stewardship in Europe/France.
Excited to be part of this important conversation in just a few weeks!
I’ll be joining experts from the Anticoagulation Forum and International Society on Thrombosis and Haemostasis (ISTH) for the 3rd Antithrombotic Stewardship Summit at ISTH 2026 in Paris, where I’ll be speaking on the panel ‘The Core Elements in Action – Application to Identified Priorities.’
If you’re available the afternoon of on Friday, July 10, consider joining us.
It’s a great opportunity to connect and learn from peers across the globe!
The workshop is free to attend, but space is limited.
Learn more and register here.”
